We are searching for a talentedSous Chef (Pastry)
whereCreativity is the key to success
!This critical leadership position reports directly to the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for balancing large-scale volume production with meticulous artistry and constant innovation.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while ensuring a keen eye to detail and presentation is maintained across all products. A key part of your role will be actively keeping abreast of the latest trends in pastry and product development to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven relevant experience in a professional kitchen environment. Strong background in a high volume production kitchen is essential. Proven capability in SOP and Quality control enforcement. Demonstrated experience in staff management.
