Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in all culinary operations across designated sections
  • Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure excellence in food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times
  • Train, develop, and motivate junior kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Monitor inventory levels, kitchen supplies, and minimize food waste
  • Lead by example in upholding service standards, quality, and consistency
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-end hotel or resort environment, with at least 1-2 years as Sous Chef
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in premium a la carte and banquet operations
  • Strong leadership, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and guest satisfaction
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
