Line Cook/Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking
of traditional Japanese dishes.
Cleanliness and organization
of the kitchen. Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed.
Smooth kitchen operations
adapting to a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency during busy service hours.
Monitoring inventory
and communicate requirements for operation.
Maintain our standards
to our team and to our guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience
as a line cook, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.
Knowledge
of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients is a plus.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment

Attention to detail

Maintain consistency
in food preparation and follow recipes.
