What You'll Do

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes, plating standards, and seasonal ingredients
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, cleanliness, and waste management protocols
• Assist in maintaining service and food preparation standards aligned with Jumeirah Group's global quality benchmarks
• Supervise kitchen operations in coordination with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine
• Contribute to the development of new menus, incorporating culinary innovation and luxury dining trends
• Support training and development of junior chefs to ensure consistent service and high morale across the team

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification from an accredited culinary institution
• Completed kitchen apprenticeship and formal chef training
• Extensive knowledge of classical and international cuisines
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Fluent in English with strong communication and team leadership skills
• Creative, quality-focused, and results-driven professional
