Job Description

Kitchen Management

: Oversee daily kitchen operations, delegate tasks, and manage workflow.

Staff Supervision

: Train, motivate, schedule, and discipline kitchen staff.

Food Preparation

: Assist in cooking, expedite orders, and ensure high-quality presentation and taste.

Menu Development

: Help design new dishes and menu items.

Inventory & Ordering

: Manage food stocks, order supplies, and maintain inventory.

Quality & Safety

: Enforce food hygiene, safety standards, and maintain equipment.

Leadership

: Step in as Head Chef when needed, ensuring continuity.
