Post: Sous Chef
- Assist Head Chef with kitchen operations and team supervision.
- Ensure food quality and consistency in all dishes.
- Train and mentor commis and line cooks.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, safety, and prep standards.
- Oversee inventory, storage, and stock rotation.
- Step in during Head Chef's absence when needed.
