Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Supervise and train bakery staff, assign tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity and teamwork.
Monitor inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the Cafe Manager to plan special menus, promotional items, and custom orders.
Minimize waste and control food cost through proper planning and portioning.
Conduct routine checks on equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
