Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting for senior-level positions including C-suite, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in real-estate industry is required
Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, UAE Experience will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- in English
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
