Sourcing Officer
to support our Customer Service recruitment initiatives. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates while coordinating recruitment projects to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage candidates with customer service experience across multiple channels. Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for ongoing and future hiring needs. Coordinate recruitment projects, includingbulk hiring campaigns
and targeted sourcing initiatives. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders. Support end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Skills

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in recruitment tools and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
------------------
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum5 years of experience
in sourcing and recruiting for customer service roles. Proven experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment projects. Fluency in English is required. This is a 6-month contract based in Qatar.Job ID: 08102502-114VG
