Sourcing Officer
Job Description
The main Purpose of this job is to take a lead role in talent acquisition locally against required job categories; the incumbent shall source all the required manpower as per the need of company's clients to support Business Objectives by delivering the optimal cost and value to the company. Bachelor's Degree or above. Knowledge and understanding of Saudi Labor Law. Must have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing / procurement preferably in manpower industry. Should be expert of MS Office Applications. Should be proficient in English communication skills. Should possess excellent verbal & written presentation skills. Should possess excellent coordination & negotiation skills. Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand their staffing requirements and skills qualifications needed for various job openings. Look for new suppliers/vendors and keep track of available talent in the market. Actively seek potential candidates through various available channels. Perform vendor registration process to register new vendors. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and candidates to have a pool of potential candidates for future job openings. Send RFQ to all known contracting companies/vendors and maintain controlled records. Stay up to date with prevailing industry trends, rates and negotiate for the lowest possible rates.
