Do you know your way around manufacturers, printers, and suppliers in the UAE and India like the back of your hand? Can you negotiate with flair, close deals with confidence, and build partnerships that last? If so, we want you on our team!


At Printerpix, we're a global personalised gifting brand, and we're growing fast. We've already made magic in the UK, US, and Europe-and now it's Dubai's turn. From photobooks to custom mugs, canvas prints to engraved keepsakes, we deliver joy to doorsteps across the world. And we need a sourcing superstar to help us power that joy locally.

What You'll Do:

Get out there and find awesome suppliers and manufacturers across the UAE, GCC, and India who can bring our personalised gifts to life. Negotiate like a boss: pricing, turnaround times, SLAs, and contracts that keep us fast, cost-effective, and flexible. Connect suppliers to our systems, API, automation, or duct tape (okay, preferably not duct tape). Stay on top of performance, quality, delivery time, cost, and solve problems before they become problems. Use smart tools like AI sourcing, dashboards, and logistics automation to make your job (and ours) easier. Work closely with marketing & product teams so we're sourcing the right stuff for the right campaigns.

What You Bring:

4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain for eCommerce, retail, gifting, or printing. You know the UAE/India manufacturing & logistics scene, or you've got the hustle to figure it out, fast. You're a natural relationship builder with negotiation skills to match. You're hands-on, goal-oriented, and love a challenge, especially one that rewards hustle. Bonus points if you've used automation tools like Make, Zapier or know your way around AI supplier matching.
