To ensure all the sound and light equipment are maintained and serviced every 6 months. Reports are to be sent to Deputy General Manager (OPS)
Full equipment inventories are to be given to the Deputy General Manager (OPS) on a 6-month basis.
Train key staff in on how to operate their outlet sound system and maintain sound level and quality.
Performs sound and light duties when required for Member's events / functions.
Set up sound and light systems for all Club events.
Coordinate with all F&B outlets to ensure the Club's TV scheduling program is being adhered to at all times.
Ensure all the sound and light equipment is stored correctly at all times.
To advise Events & Banqueting Manager on entertainer's riders if any equipment needs to be hired or not.
To make sure all Sound and Light equipment is installed safely. i.e. safety chains on all stage lighting
Weekly duty schedule will be set by Events & Banqueting Manager.
Event set up timings are to be adhered to at all times and Events & Banqueting Manager will be advised immediately if the plan is not being followed.
To advise the Club Management on new sound equipment entering the market and keep up to date with new techniques
Support and assist banquet team when required.
