Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event production, stage setup, or AV systems.
Strong technical knowledge of lighting consoles, sound mixers, and event equipment.
Ability to manage event setup, troubleshooting, and live show operations.
Flexibility to work on-site and during events (including evenings/weekends).
Team player with attention to detail and a creative mindset.
