#Hiring Solutions Development Manager- #SDM-Client - A government entity based in U.A.E Key Requirements: Solution Development Manager is responsible for managing an IT staff, working with internal business groups in the development of various software projects and solutions as well as managing a large IT budget. This position collaborates with company business customers, IT colleagues and other stakeholders to identify project requirements; assess impacts to other data and systems, consider available technologies, develop strategies, develop future roadmaps, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions. This includes multiple application development, maintenance, and enhancement projects utilizing various new and established computing architectures (e.g., client/server, intranet, Web) Develop and deliver a strategic technology vision and direction for software development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required (Master's degree or equivalent is desirable) Project management certifications PMP or PRINCE2 SAFe Certified Product Owner/Product Manager - preferred SAFe Certified Scrum Master - preferred 10 years of experience in business or systems development, including implementation and installation in an online environment A minimum of 3 years of project management responsibility, demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable) Based in UAE- Onsite.
