Summary

Performs basic testing tasks to assure that developed products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards. Essential Job Functions
Meeting with clients following to collect data and other information required to customize soft-ware systems.
Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approval.
Customizing software systems based on clients\xe2\x80\x99 individual needs and specifications through the business analysis and requirements gathering process.
Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
Configuring the needed workflows through front end tools
Awareness of back end procedural language to facilitate configurations and formulate scripts.
Defines and executes delivery and implementation plans. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
Troubleshooting and debugging of system workflows when needed.
Assists in presales demonstrations when needed to facilitate commercial process.

Basic Qualifications

University graduate Zero or more years of quality assurance testing or programming experience.
Experience working with computer systems Experience working with telecommunications systems and their principles.
Experience working with test engineering processes and procedures.
Experience working with testing methodologies and software testing tools.
Experience working with programming to understand product line software.

Communication skills:

Interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers and support personnel.
Skilled in time, priority and task management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to learn and the desire to pursue learning opportunities.
