Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in Brokerage, Trading, and Wealth Management systems. The role requires deep knowledge of UAE financial markets, banking regulations, and hands-on architecture and production support experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions for brokerage, trading, and wealth management platforms.
• Lead implementation and production support for trading systems (including UAE markets such as ADX & DFM).
• Architect solutions covering equities, bonds, funds, retirement planning, corporate actions, robo-advisory, and virtual assets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, Central Bank guidelines, and open banking standards.
• Provide root cause analysis and permanent resolution for complex production issues.
• Define integration architecture using APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions.
• Oversee cloud architecture, security design, and data protection strategies.
• Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to align solutions with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Support change management, release planning, and CI/CD processes.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Strong experience in Brokerage & Trading systems implementation.
• Knowledge of UAE trading platforms and financial market operations.
• Expertise in wealth and investment products and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of consumer banking products and payment systems.
• Knowledge of risk management, fraud detection, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and international standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architecture.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET Core development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server); exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
• Awareness of emerging fintech technologies (Blockchain, AI/ML, Digital Wallets).
• Familiarity with architecture and collaboration tools (Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence).
