The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote photovoltaic installation services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong relationships with potential clients. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements in the photovoltaic sector. Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related

Minimum of 4 years of sales/business development experience in Dubai, specifically in the photovoltaic sectors.

Proficiency in English; any additional European languages are a plus.

Proven track record of successful sales performance and client management. Comprehensive knowledge of the photovoltaic market and MEP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driver's license.
