Software Tester (Arabic National)

Location

: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

Review software requirements and functional specifications to ensure clarity and testability. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios. Participate in design and requirement review meetings to provide input on product design and potential issues. Perform various types of testing including usability, functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Analyze test results to identify software bugs, usability issues, database inconsistencies, and deviations from requirements. Collaborate with the development team to communicate defects and ensure timely resolution. Document and report all testing activities and outcomes to the design and project teams. Prepare comprehensive test plans in coordination with the Development Lead and Project Manager. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside end users. Create and maintain user documentation including user manuals, reference guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for end users based on business needs and project requirements.

Requirements:

Arabic National

(mandatory). Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years' experience in software/application testing (unit testing, UAT). Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Practical experience with diverse testing techniques and tools. Familiar with .NET development and testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective communicator and team collaborator.
