Key Skills & Competencies:
Able to support the manual and automation testing
Base24 and settlement testing knowledge
Comprehensive Test Cases preparation for both Manual and Automation testing
Strong understanding of Cards lifecycle (debit/credit/prepaid), Merchant Acquiring, and 3D Secure flows.
Hands-on expertise with Base24, Prime 4, MPGS, payment gateway APIs, and settlement engines.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL for data validation, analysis, and reconciliation reports.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ISO 8583 message formats and card scheme mandates.
Understanding of dispute resolution systems (Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard DDRS).
