Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Software Sales Specialist

with a strong background in

Payments

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of experience

in sales within

Banking, Government, or Fintech sectors

. This role requires a results-driven professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans to drive software solutions revenue in the payments sector.

Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify, engage, and build relationships with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and fintech firms.

Payments Expertise:

Leverage in-depth knowledge of digital payments, remittances, SWIFT, instant payments, and other transaction systems.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs and provide tailored payment software solutions.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth accurately.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product, technical, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Contracts & Negotiations:

Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience in software sales

within

Payments (Banking, Government, or Fintech sectors)

. Strong understanding of

digital payment solutions, SWIFT, GFT, instant payments, and financial transaction systems

. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Experience with

RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations

. Ability to

work independently

and drive sales initiatives. Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

SaaS-based payment solutions

or financial technology software. Knowledge of

UAE's banking and regulatory environment
