  • Provide direct technical assistance to clients via calls, email, and chat.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, other tech product.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Handle complex customer scenarios, documenting solutions, and effectively providing dependable and timely resolution to all product related technical issues experienced by Clients.
  • Provide remote infrastructure support delivery and performing problem cause analysis
  • Collaborate with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior service
  • Work directly with clients on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution and capture feedback to influence process / product improvements.
  • In depth understanding of products and services offered and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Engage with current clients to get insights on new market requirements and offerings.
  • Mapping potential clients and driving strategy to establish a long term relationship

  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, however, preferably in IT / communications stream.
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years experience in Technical Support
