Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer with expertise in Twilio API integration to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating Twilio\'s API with our Yeastar system to enable seamless communication services and automate call-handling processes. Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team to understand the requirements for Twilio API integration with Yeastar to connect with our database and automate call-handling processes.
  • Develop, test, and implement Twilio API integration with Yeastar to enable a seamless connection between the platforms.
  • Develop and integrate automation using Twilio and Yeastar to provide callers with all the automation both platforms have to offer.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Twilio API integration with Yeastar. Develop documentation for Twilio API integration with Yeastar and provide training to users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Twilio API with Yeastar.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Twilio API developments and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering with a focus on Twilio API integration.
  • Expert knowledge of Twilio API and its integration with other systems. Experience with Yeastar PBX systems.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or PHP.
  • Experience developing automation using Twilio and Yeastar.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
Working Conditions: This is a temporary contract-based job and the candidate will be required to work from our office based in Dubai. Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour break for lunch. The candidate may be required to work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
