We are looking for a Software Engineer - Operations Support who will be responsible for application support, issue investigation, and minor development/enhancements across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on SQL Server experience, and working knowledge of full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems across web and mobile applications
Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes where applicable
Work closely with business, QA, and development teams to resolve operational issues
Execute minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes in existing applications
Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data analysis and fixes
Monitor application health, logs, jobs, and integrations
Support deployments, hotfixes, and post-release validations
Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
Job Specs:
Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong backend development skills in at least one programming language (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP).
Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Laravel) and databases (relational and NoSQL).
Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
Version control using Git.
Problem-solving ability and self-driven learning.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
