(JD): Main responsibilities are the following:

Support the Design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and troubleshoot the enhancements, plug-ins, themes etc. of hosted Drupal & WordPress environments in the Organization
Support the Design, development, testing, maintenance and troubleshoot the integration layer of these Platforms to back-end services / Databases
Support Web Content Administrators on content updates for the various sites
Provide level one support to the end-users for the Applications used in the Organization adhering to our strict SLAs for response and resolution times
Managing incidents, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes
Identify the problems, provide workaround resolution, and perform root cause analysis
Provide support for the Deployment of service releases and patches
Define test plans, document/execute unit tests, and perform system/regression testing
Create high quality technical and end user documentation and conduct training as needed
Collaborate with end users, business analysts and IT leadership to define requirements and document them, prepare technical documents and plans, create development/enhancement estimates, and communicate project status
Coordinate with DBAs and System Administrators to resolve technical and functional issues
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM / Unit Manger

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred
Above 3+ years of experience in Full Stack experience in PHP, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and related Web Technologies.
Experience in Database Management Systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle
Experience in Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Exposure to Waterfall and Agile phases of the software development lifecycle
Hands-on experience with unit and automated regression testing practices.
Experience in preparation of documents (Technical and Functional) and conduct Training sessions
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
Exposure to Traditional and Agile Project Management methodologies
