We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer with strong

front-end and back-end development

experience to design, develop, and maintain our in-house CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, with a proven track record in building dynamic, scalable, and user-friendly systems. Experience with

AI-based software development or AI integrations

will be a significant advantage.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Starting from AED 5,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the front-end and back-end development of a custom CRM platform. Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Build robust, secure, and scalable back-end systems, databases, and APIs. Integrate

AI-driven features

such as predictive analytics, chatbots, or recommendation engines into the CRM platform. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of all platform components. Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure system performance, reliability, and data security.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in a front-end/back-end or full-stack developer role. Strong command of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue). Solid experience in back-end development (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, SQL databases, API development). Proven experience designing, customizing, or maintaining CRM systems. Hands-on experience with

AI frameworks or tools

(e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, NLP, ML algorithms) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Must be able to work on-site (no remote). Immediate joiners preferred.
