Job Description
We are seeking a
Candiate
with strong backend development and automation expertise to lead the design, integration, and optimization of internal business applications and API-driven workflows. The role involves building scalable backend systems, automating operational flows, and working closely with the product and operations teams to support our repair, warranty, and inventory ecosystems.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years
backend development experience. Proficiency inNode.js / Express
andJava (Spring Boot)
frameworks. Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB). Experience integrating business apps (Zoho Suite / Shopify / Amazon / Noon / CRM APIs). Strong understanding of automation platforms:Make.com / Zapier / Zoho Flow / Apps Script
. Exposure to microservices and cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, EC2). Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate processes into automation logic.Soft Skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proactive problem-solver; comfortable with dynamic workflows. Ability to lead a hybrid team (developers, no-code engineers, and automation staff). Detail-oriented, with a "build it right the first time" attitude.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
