Technical Qualifications
Extensive hands-on development experience with Go or Ruby
Exposure of telemetry systems (Datadog etc) Strong background in object-oriented programming principles Proven track record in designing APIs and integrating third-party services Practical exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Comfortable with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and proficient in Linux command-line operations Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and common software design patterns Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical projects from concept through launch and post-production support Skilled at mentoring team members and aligning technical decisions with long-term business goals
Added advantage:
General awareness of blockchain fundamentals and related technologies Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in highly regulated fields like finance or healthcare

Background working in dynamic, agile environments such as startups Highly self-directed, organized, and efficient at prioritizing tasks Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Collaborative mindset with an ability to influence business strategy and decision-making

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
