Software Company Manager
to lead operations, manage teams, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the software company Manage software development, implementation, and support teams Plan and execute business strategies and growth plans Coordinate with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Supervise project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Work closely with sales and marketing to expand market presence Ensure quality standards, compliance, and performance KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a software or IT company Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus) Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client-handling skills Business-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)
