Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on soft skills, including:
Communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Leadership and people management
Customer service skills
Time management and productivity
Emotional intelligence
Conflict resolution
Presentation and public speaking
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training modules accordingly.
Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain up-to-date training materials and incorporate innovative learning methodologies.
Work closely with HR and department leaders to support organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, L&D Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles.
Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TTT, L&D Certifications) is a plus.
