Job Summary:



We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Human Resources & Soft Skills Trainer

to join our professional training centre in Dubai. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training programs to corporate clients and individuals, with a strong focus on HR best practices and essential soft skills needed in today's workplace.

The ideal candidate should have practical HR experience, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong understanding of adult learning in multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:



Deliver interactive and engaging classroom and virtual training sessions. HR management (recruitment, performance management, HR policies, UAE Labour Law, etc.) Soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, business etiquette, emotional intelligence, etc.) Customize training content based on client and learner needs.

Program Development:



Design and update course content, training manuals, and participant handouts. Ensure training materials align with international HR standards and local UAE labor regulations. Develop assessment tools to evaluate participant learning and training impact.

Client Engagement & Support:



Liaise with corporate clients to understand training objectives and tailor programs accordingly. Provide feedback and coaching to participants to support their professional development. Stay updated on current trends in HR, soft skills, and L&D practices.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, NLP, Train the Trainer, etc.). Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR training and soft skills facilitation. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices. Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems, Google Meet etc).

Experience in multicultural training environments (MENA region preferred). Client-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor. Passion for people development and continuous improvement. Flexible and adaptive approach to learning and facilitation styles.
