POSITION
Soft Services Manager
LOCATION
Fujairah - United Arab Emirates
The client will apply for the work visa and provide relocation if not local.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Housekeeping preferred
- Professional training in Soft Services Management and Health & Hygiene standards
- HSE awareness or related safety certification desirable
- UAE Driving License beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CAFM/helpdesk systems
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 5-7 yearsu0027 experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management
- At least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Experience managing soft services within corporate, estate, or engineering environments
- Strong background managing service providers, contracts, and in-house teams
- Experience in operational planning, manpower planning, and performance management
- Strong understanding of UAE hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health regulations
- Experience implementing KPIs, audits, and quality control measures
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize service efficiency
- Strong knowledge of cleaning systems, chemical usage, and service schedules
- Working knowledge of pest control, landscaping, and waste management
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu advantageous)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all soft services operations across estate and office premises
- Oversee cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, reception, and support services
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and operational efficiency
- Manage teams, supervisors, and outsourced service providers
- Conduct inspections, audits, and KPI performance reviews
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE and sanitation regulations
- Manage manpower planning, training, and disciplinary processes
- Handle stakeholder communication and service escalations
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation systems
SALARY
AED 13,000 - 15,000 per month - tax free in UAE
