Social Worker (Full-Time) -

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive

Social Worker

to join our school team in the UAE and support students' well-being, safety, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities: Student Support & Counseling

Identify students facing emotional, behavioral, social, or family-related challenges. Provide individual and group counseling sessions. Develop support plans and monitor student progress in coordination with teachers. Maintain confidential student welfare records and case files.

Child Protection & Safeguarding

Act as a focal point for child protection and safeguarding concerns. Handle cases related to bullying, neglect, abuse, or risk situations following UAE regulations and school policy. Refer students to external specialists or agencies when needed and follow up regularly.

Family & Community Engagement

Work closely with parents/guardians to support student welfare. Conduct parent meetings and home visits when approved by school leadership. Connect families with community resources or support services.

School Environment & Programs

Support inclusive education and positive behavior initiatives. Lead awareness sessions on well-being, child rights, life skills, safety, and mental health. Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular welfare activities.

Professional Conduct

Follow school policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards. Attend training, workshops, and professional development activities. Collaborate effectively with school staff and leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work (BSW/MSW)

or related field School/child protection or counseling certification is preferred. Prior experience working with children in a school/NGO/community setting is an advantage. Strong communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and manage sensitive cases professionally. All educational certificates must be

attested as per UAE requirements
