Summary
As a Clinical Social Worker in the healthcare sector, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and their families for one of our leading Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. Your role is essential in evaluating patient needs, crafting treatment plans, and ensuring access to necessary resources. This position is key to enhancing patient outcomes and elevating the overall quality of care within the healthcare environment.
Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' psychosocial needs and create personalized care plans.

• Offer counseling and support to patients and their families to assist them in managing illness, treatment, and recovery.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to incorporate social work services into patient care plans.

• Facilitate access to community resources and support services for patients and their families.

• Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in clinical social work practices and healthcare policies.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• 4-5 years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within healthcare.

• Strong understanding of clinical social work principles and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and confidential patient records.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Clinical social worker primary skills are essential for this role.
