Social Worker

to join our team at

Prime National Schools - Scholar's International Language School.

The Social Worker will play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of our students, working closely with families, teachers, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Assess students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans to support their well-being. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and supportive school environment. Engage with parents and families to enhance support structures for students. Coordinate with external agencies and professionals to advocate for student needs and resources. Facilitate training workshops for staff on social-emotional learning and support strategies. Maintain detailed records and reports of services provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies. Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of policies and practices that promote student welfare.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families in a school or community setting. Strong understanding of child development, mental health issues, and social services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and implement culturally responsive practices. Relevant certification or licensure in social work is an advantage.
