We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social media / Marketing Intern to join our team for a summer internship. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement. You will work closely with our social media team to develop and implement strategies, create compelling content, and analyse performance metrics. You will also work on wider marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical skills and contribute to real-world marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the local (and Group level) social media teams to develop engaging content ideas, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
• Conduct research on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and campaign optimisation.
• Assist in analysing social media analytics and performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Support with COP28 event planning/activities.
• Interviewing staff and writing professional bios/CVs.
• Preparing project case studies.
• Preparing website content.
• Organising of internal photo library.
• Supporting with the preparation of RSK\xe2\x80\x99s local CSR reports.
• Supporting the Communications team with internal initiatives/projects.

Person specification:

• Currently enrolled/recent graduate in a degree program related to marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Based in Abu Dhabi on a dependent visa, available for immediate start.

Salary and benefits:

• This will be a full time role based in our Abu Dhabi office for 2 months (possible 1 month extension).
• An all inclusive internship stipend of AED3,500 per month.
• Necessary training and development will be provided.
