JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital communications, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably within higher education or a large, complex organization
- Demonstrated experience leading digital campaigns, managing institutional websites, and overseeing multi-platform content strategies.
- Proven track record of using analytics to drive digital engagement and optimize communication strategies
- Advanced proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
