Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube as applicable).
Monitor daily engagement (comments, messages, mentions), respond/escalate appropriately, and maintain brand tone.
Coordinate with company divisions to collect updates and convert them into social content.
Create basic creative images and short videos using tools like Canva/Adobe/CapCut (or coordinate with designers/videographers when needed).
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvements.
Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates; suggest new ideas to improve brand presence.
Ensure all content follows Group brand guidelines and complies with platform policies.
Support special events coverage (photos/videos, live updates) when required.
Requirements
3-4 years of proven experience
managing social media for a company/brand (agency or in-house).
Good understanding of social media best practices, content formats, and audience growth.
Ability to design basic creatives and video edits (Canva/Adobe/CapCut, etc.).
Comfortable working with multiple business units and handling multiple pages/accounts.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience in corporate groups / multiple brands under one umbrella.
Photography/videography skills for events and site updates.
SEO/blog/content writing experience.
