About the Role:
Our client, a leading Influencer Marketing Agency in Dubai, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships for multiple brands across industries. The role requires hands-on experience in influencer outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content-driven marketing that drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent managers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.
• Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and budgets with influencers and agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and client servicing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Track, monitor, and optimise influencer campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and ROI.
• Conduct research to identify emerging influencer trends, niches, and platforms relevant to client campaigns.
• Prepare post-campaign reports with performance analytics and actionable insights.
• Support the agencys growth by contributing to new ideas, influencer partnerships, and creative campaign strategies.

Candidate Requirements
? Minimum 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media campaign management (agency experience preferred).
? Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, platforms,
and tools.
? Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns.
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign data and ROI.
? Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with influencer and social media trends
Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary AED 8,000 up to AED 12,000 (tax-free, based on experience).
