The successful candidate must have experience working for a reputable advertising agency and have strong experience in working with large accounts.

About the Role

Develop visionary social media strategies tailored to clients\' unique needs and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life through engaging content
Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies cutting-edge
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the dynamic world of social media marketing
Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and strategies to captivate audiences and achieve outstanding results

About the Candidate

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Years of proven experience in social media strategy, preferably in an agency setting
A deep understanding of various social platforms, their nuances, and how to leverage them effectively
Creative flair and a talent for translating brand narratives into compelling content
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with finesse, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
