Salary - AED 6,000 + Annual Benefits

Our well-established Client in Dubai is looking for a Social Media Specialist who can elevate their online presence, generate leads, and creatively showcase their properties and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation Develop and curate high-quality content, including photos, videos and graphics to showcase property listing, market updates and company news.
- Social Media Strategy Plan and execute social media strategies across key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Ads Campaigns Create and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Community Engagement Engage with their audience by responding to messages, comments and inquiries promptly to foster a community of loyal followers.
- Analytics & Reporting Monitor social media analytics to track engagement, lead and overall performance. Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Trend Research Stay updated on real estate market trends and social media best practices to keep their content relevant and engaging.
- Experience in Construction Proven track record of managing social media for Construction or a similar industry
- Content Creation Skill Proficiency with content creation tool like Canva, Adobe Suite or other editing software. Photographs and video editing experience is a plus.
- Social Media Advertising Knowledge Experience running paid Ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with a solid understanding of target audience and Ad optimization.
- Analytical Mindset Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve strategy.
- Creativity and Initiative Strong creative skills, self-motivation and eager to bring new ideas to the table.
