Job Description

Social Media Specialist - is responsible for lead generation, promoting the business concept to potential franchisees and assist in the sales process with identified prospects.

Responsibilities:



Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Youtube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tiktok.). Generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support marketing initiatives. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Identify and analyse main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to clients.

Requirements:



Relevant experience at least 2 years. Multitasking and time management skills. Well versed in social media ads. Can join immediately.
