Silver Gate Immigration is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, running targeted campaigns, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and client inquiries through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, infographics, etc.) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to create basic graphics or coordinate with designers.
Knowledge of immigration services or willingness to learn is a plus.
