Social Media Management:
Maintain an active presence on all relevant social platforms.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Brand Voice and Consistency:
Ensure brand consistency across all social channels.
Develop and adhere to a cohesive brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Align content with our brand values, mission, and vision.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns.
Promote product launches, events, and special offers through creative content.
Leverage trending topics and relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
Community Building:
Foster a sense of community among followers.
Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and user participation.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a social media coordinator, content creator, or similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
