We are looking for a

creative and strategic Social Media Specialist

to manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, analytics, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with VVIP clients highly regarded. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Experience in running and optimizing paid social media ads.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics. Stay updated on trends, industry developments, and emerging social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships. Optimize social media profiles for SEO and brand consistency. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and budget allocation. Track competitors' activities and provide insights for improvement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and company policies. Strong creativity and storytelling abilities. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Experience in community management and customer engagement.
