Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to Facebook and Instagram
Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
Monitor and grow social media engagement, reach, and followers
Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
Collaborate with our team to align social media content with marketing goals
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Facebook and Instagram
Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and growth techniques
Creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh content ideas
Good communication and writing skills
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
Bonus:
Marketing knowledge or experience in Real Estate is a strong plus
