The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing daily social media activities, creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and supporting digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and bookings. This role is

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) across social media platforms. Capture on-ground content during events, activations, and daily operations when required. Support development of monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and messaging guidelines. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to suggest content ideas. Track social media performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare basic reports. Suggest improvements based on analytics and content performance. Support paid boosting and campaign execution when required. Coordinate with marketing, operations, events, and restaurant teams to align content with live activities. Ensure accuracy of posted information (offers, timings, locations). Support influencer coordination and UGC collection when needed.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in social media or digital marketing roles. Experience in hospitality, tourism, restaurants, or lifestyle brands is an advantage. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar. Good photography/video skills using mobile devices. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work on-ground, flexible hours when required.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
