Social Media Specialist
to elevate our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and showcase our properties through engaging visual content.
Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for
planning, creating, editing, publishing, and managing content
across all major social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of
real estate marketing
, short-form video trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with company branding and sales goals
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos for property listings, launches, walkthroughs, testimonials, and market updates
Write compelling captions, headlines, and call-to-actions optimized for engagement and lead generation
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Video Editing & Visual Media
Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Snapchat
Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and branding elements to videos
Optimize video formats, lengths, and resolutions for each platform
Coordinate with agents and marketing team for property shoots and content ideas
Social Media Management & Posting
Manage daily posting schedules across platforms including:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube
LinkedIn
Schedule posts using social media management tools
Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses or escalation to sales teams
Growth, Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads
Generate monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and real estate digital marketing best practices
Test new content formats and creative approaches to improve results
Collaboration & Brand Support
Work closely with marketing, sales agents, and management to align campaigns
Support paid social media campaigns with organic content and creatives
Assist with brand collaborations, influencer content, and campaign launches
Requirements & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
Strong video editing skills using tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, property marketing, or luxury brands
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
Basic understanding of social media ads and lead funnels
Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking is a plus
