Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts -- with a strong focus on creating and running real estate marketing campaigns and building a strong, engaging social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a direct impact on brand growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic digital marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and sales goals.
Build and manage a strong social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Oversee website traffic, SEO performance, and landing page optimization to boost conversion rates.
Create compelling content strategies for listings, promotions, blogs, email newsletters, and more.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
Manage content production with designers, copywriters, and videographers.
Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and digital tools to keep KYG ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven ability to run real estate marketing campaigns and manage social media platforms.
Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong content creation and copywriting skills tailored to real estate audiences.
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and project management skills.
