We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Social Media Manager
to lead and execute our digital presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of luxury branding, fashion trends, content storytelling, and audience growth--turning engagement into brand loyalty and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals
Plan monthly content calendars for all platforms
Analyze trends, competitors, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead
Content Management
Oversee creation of high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions)
Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers
Platform Management
Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement professionally
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Optimize content based on data insights
Campaigns & Growth
Plan and execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotions
Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams
Drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (fashion/luxury experience preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong visual sense and attention to detail
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with influencers and content creators
Knowledge of paid social ads
Basic understanding of analytics tools and e-commerce integration
Experience in GCC market and luxury consumer behavior
