Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
paid ads
on:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search & Display)
TikTok Ads (bonus)
Optimize campaigns for:
Lead generation
Reach, traffic, and conversions
Create ad strategies specifically for
real estate
(off-plan & ready properties)
Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
A/B test creatives, captions, audiences, and placements
Work closely with sales & content teams to align ads with campaigns
Provide

Knows how to scale winning campaigns
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Based in UAE or willing to relocate
